"Rewards are decent, but there’s room to improve"
I shop at Toyco every so often, and the loyalty rewards are okay overall. The points do add up, but it feels slow unless you’re buying a lot or shopping there regularly. I’d imagine other customers probably feel the same way, especially if they’re just picking things up here and there.
I did use a small discount once, which was nice, but I wish it was a little easier to see exactly what I’m earning and how close I am to a reward. It’s not a bad program by any means, just not something that feels super exciting yet

I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first and kept wondering if I’d have to chase them for info, but they actually kept me in the loop the whole way. That made the process a lot easier.

"Still not really resolved"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, I understand things can go wrong sometimes. But getting it sorted ended up being more hassle than it should’ve been. The replies were a bit slow, and I felt like I kept having to explain the same situation over and over. In the end, it still didn’t feel like it was properly fixed. Frustrating overall, so I’m not sure I’d rush to order again.

I ordered a toy from toyco.co.nz and it showed up in great condition. The packaging was done good, not too much stuff but enough to keep it safe. Nothing was squashed or moving around in the box. You can tell they actually took a bit care with it. I'd order again for sure.

I got exactly what I ordered, with no mix-ups or anything missing. I checked it against my confirmation email and receipt, and everything matched what was listed on the site. i was happy because some shops manage to get the little details wrong, but this order was all good.

I ended up returning it, the whole process was a hassle. I’m careful about keeping receipts and tracking everything just in case, and I’m glad I did because the refund took way longer than it should have. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

I ordered a couple of toys from toyco.co.nz for my kids and was impressed. They felt solid and well made, not like some of the cheaper toys that feel like they’ll break straight away, if that makes sense.

The kids have already played with them a bunch and they still look almost new. Everything arrived with all the pieces included too, so overall I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely buy from them again.
